The Südtiroler Volksbank/Banca Popolare dell’Alto Adige can be found on the main street, across from the bus station.

Our hotel bar operates from 7.15am until 11pm. Feel free to bring any drinks you purchase to your room. Any additional food and beverages can be enjoyed in your room as well. Please be aware that we are cannot supply glasses, plates, or utensils for this purpose. Thank you for your cooperation.

Behind the door of your room, you will find a floor plan and an information leaflet regarding fire safety procedures. Please read it attentively. All exit doors are indicated by a green sign, while the fire extinguisher locations are marked with a red sign. Additionally, each room is furnished with a smoke detector.

In the basement, there is a playroom for children equipped with a foosball table. Balls can be obtained at the reception. Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy various entertaining board games available in our Tyrolean Stube and the common room located behind the billiard area in the basement.
Our hotel pub, featuring a billiard table and a darts board, is also situated in the basement. Cues, darts, and other accessories can be found at the reception desk.
A variety of drinks is stocked in the refrigerator located behind the counter. You are kindly asked to note down any drinks you take, along with your room number, on the tally sheet and leave it on the fridge. Alternatively, drinks can be obtained at the bar on the ground floor.

We offer guided excursions and skiing tours. For more information, please ask at the reception. Additionally, you can borrow a high-quality backpack, trekking poles, and a vacuum flask at no cost, or purchase a hiking map of the Sciliar area.
We are also happy to assist you in arranging and selecting any excursion you desire. A detailed map showcasing recommended hiking trails, trekking routes, and other suggested activities in the Tyrolean Stube is available for your reference.

The swimming pool is open from 7am to 7pm. Guests are required to access the area in a bathrobe and slippers. Bathrobe and towels are provided in the basket in your room. To support sustainability, slippers are available at the reception for a deposit of €5.00. 
Please remember to return the towels after use. If you need fresh towels, leave the used ones on the bathroom floor. Our staff will then replace them with clean ones.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

We provide a laundry service for guests. You can find a laundry bag in the wardrobe. The cost is €15.00 per load for washing and drying.

The closest dry cleaner is “Silbernagl” situated in Postgasse/Vicolo della Posta (upon leaving the hotel, turn left and take the first right). Operating hours are from 8am to 12 noon and from 3pm to
7pnm on weekdays, and from 8am to 12 noon on Saturdays.

Scattered throughout the hotel, you will find numerous lovely books about South Tyrol, along with other literature. Please feel free to take one and return it later. If you are interested in the books displayed on the first floor, kindly inquire at the reception.

The shop “ABC” across from our hotel sells postcards, stamps, tobacco, and many lovely South Tyrolean souvenirs. If you’re in need of a letterbox, you can find one at the post office on the main road.

Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet available from 7.30 to 10.30am in Summer and from 7.15 to 10.15am in Winter. You are welcome to eat as much as you wish at breakfast, but please note that any food taken out for later consumption will incur an additional charge. We appreciate your understanding.
Would you like to have breakfast in your room? Not a problem! The service charge is €10.00 per order. Please make your selection from the breakfast menu provided at the end of this brochure. For those seeking an early breakfast, please inform us the day before, and we will prepare a packed meal for you.
In the afternoon you will have access to a buffet offering snacks, fresh fruit and the soup of the day (included in the half board package, drinks not included) from 3.30 to 5.30pm at the hotel bar.
We expect you for dinner between 7 and 8pm. If you choose not to dine with us, please tell us by 11am. and benefit from the reduced rate for bed and breakfast. Please dress appropriately for dinner (no beachwear or sportswear) and remember to silence your mobile devices during meals.

Most rooms are equipped with a mini bar. On request we can provide you with one, if there isn’t one in your room already and stock it up according your wishes.

Have you ever considered exploring the surroundings on a mountain bike? We have thought about it and will lend you one for €9.00 per day.

If you wish to stay out late you can use the key to open the entrance doors. The main entrance is usually closed at 10.30pm. You find the door opener on the wall, on the right-hand side of the main entrance.

The local pharmacy can be found on the right side upon entering the village (after the roundabout), across from the Despar supermarket.
Operating hours are from 8.30am to 12.30pm and 3 to 7pm on weekdays, and from 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
Additionally, there are pharmacies in Kastelruth/Castelrotto and in Völs/Fiè with the following opening hours:
Castelrotto: 8am to 12.30pm and 3 to 7pm on weekdays, and 9am to 12.30pm on Sundays (during high season, open in the afternoon from 3 to 7pm).
Fiè: 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily, with Wednesday and Saturday hours from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Please note that the pharmacies in Siusi and Fiè are closed on Sundays.

Your pets are welcome at the Schwarzer Adler. They are allowed access to almost all areas, with the exception of the dining room, spa, and the lawn by the swimming pool for hygienic reasons. Please ensure that your dog is always kept on a leash while inside the hotel.

Any drinks consumed during the day should be paid for in the evening at the reception desk (please notify us when placing your order) or you can have them charged to your room and settle the bill at check-out.
On the day of departure, you can keep your room until 11am (apartments until 10am). If you need to check out later, you can store your luggage at the reception.

Our panoramic roof terrace on the fourth floor is the perfect place to relax and chill out in the sun. You will find a selection of drinks in the glass door refrigerator. Please write down any drinks you take along with your room number on the tally sheet and leave it on the fridge. You are also welcome to get your drinks at the bar on the ground floor.

Your room is equipped with a safety deposit box, which is either built into the wall or placed inside the wardrobe.
To lock the built-in safe, insert a 2.00 € coin and then lock close it with its key. The coin will be returned when you reopen the safe.
To lock the safety deposit box in the wardrobe you can enter your own code.
We cannot accept liability for any valuables that have not been stored safely in the room safe.

In your wardrobe, you will find gloves specifically for cleaning your shoes (please avoid using towels). Additionally, a shoe cleaning machine and tools are available in the basement.

Most shops in this area are typically open from 8/8.30am to 12 noon and then from 3/3.30 to 6.30/7pm. They are closed on Sundays. Since the opening hours can vary, it’s advisable to check before going shopping.

For your ski equipment, there is a ski depot with a ski boot dryer located at the entrance to the garage. You can access it using your room key. Please note that reserving space with other types of footwear is not permitted.

As we all know, not everyone enjoys cigarette smoke. It lingers on the furniture, and the smell can persist for days after the last cigarette has been put out. For this reason, we kindly request that you only smoke on the balcony. Smoking in the room is not allowed!

Our spa, located in the basement with direct access to the garden, offers a range of facilities for your relaxation and well-being. These include a Finnish sauna (85°C), a steam bath (44°C – 90% humidity), an infrared cabin (utilizing infrared radiation for natural pain relief, immune system activation, and enhanced self-healing), and a cozy relaxation room.
The spa is open daily from 3 to 7pm
Guests are kindly asked to wear bathrobe and slippers when accessing the spa area. Bathrobes and towels can be found in the basket provided in your room. To further support our sustainability efforts, slippers can be borrowed from the reception for a deposit of €5.00.
Please return used towels after use. If you require fresh ones, simply leave the used towels on the bathroom floor for replacement by our staff.
Our spa products are also available for purchase: slippers for €8.00, bathrobes (L/XL) for €55.00, and bath towels for €15.00.
