The dog park is open 24/7. Dogs are allowed to roam freely and without a leash inside the park, as long as they are closely supervised. It is important to be cautious when there are other dogs present.
Please make sure to clean up after your dog and dispose of their waste in a securely closed bag. You can find a “Dogtoilet” with a bag dispenser and waste bin located in front of the entrance

You will find washing and drying facilities for your dog in the wooden cabin. Please use your room key to open it. Kindly leave the used towels on the floor.

On request, we freshly prepare the food for your beloved pet every day. Please complete the enclosed Barf card.

Accompany the landlady Patrizia and her dogs Rusty, Bella and on a morning walk . Registration is required.

• Leash laws require dogs to be kept on a leash no longer than 1.5 metres. You also have to have a muzzle on you at all times.
• Dogs can travel on the Seiser Alm cable car and the lifts (in partly for a fee); with a lead and muzzle for safety reasons. You can rent transport boxes for smaller dogs for free at the Seiser Alm cable car valley station.
• Shuttle busses for the Seiser Alm cable car are free of charge for your dog. A ticket must be bought for dogs travelling on public transport (except for service dogs and small dogs under 5 kg). Leads and muzzles are compulsory on all busses.
• In various places you will find dog-toilet stations with plastic bags to dispose of your dog’s waste. It is compulsory to carry a supply of bags with you and to dispose of the waste in a trash bin as soon as possible.
• Please pick up after your dog, especially around farms and pastures, where local farmers cultivate food and fodder.
• Dogs are not permitted in a number of areas, including children’s playgrounds, schoolyards and cemeteries. These areas are signposted accordingly.
• Please meet the cattle with special caution. Go in between cattle and your dog, leading your dog the opposite side. Don’t run, the animals react to fast movements! Pass them calmly while keeping an eye on them. Should the animal come at you aggressively, unleash your dog so he can get to safety faster. The cattle will be distracted and you’ll be able to leave the dangerous zone calmly and fast paced.
• In the winter months you can access numerous walking trails with you dog on the Seiser Alm. Please be careful not to stray onto cross-country skiing tracks, as they are reserved for skiers.

It is crucial for a dog to be well socialized in order to have a harmonious relationship with other dogs. This allows them to navigate their environment and interact with other dogs in everyday life without stress, while correctly interpreting their signals.

With the assistance of our skilled dog education trainer Giuliana, you will gain a better understanding of your four-legged companion. Training sessions will not only strengthen the bond between you and your dog, but also foster mutual trust. Giuliana will guide you on how to lead a more relaxed life together with your dog.

Giuliana successfully completed her dog education program at the “Istituto di Formazione Zooantropologica SIUA” and now possesses several years of hands-on experience. She personally adopted a dog from an animal shelter and welcomed it into her own home.
